  • Order quantities are placed by the DOZEN, if you need more than 4 dozen cookies please email [email protected] to inquire about the date needed. If you would like to do local pickup in Chehalis, WA – choose the Local pickup option during checkout. I will personally email you to the week of to give you the pick up address for safety reason
  • All cookie orders will be ready to pick up on the Friday of the week you selected. if you chose to have your cookies shipped they will arrive on the Friday of the week you have selected as well.  Please select the week that you need your cookies by. If the week that you need your cookies for isn’t available then I am unable to make them for that week!

 

  • I do not reach out to go over designs with customers after the order is placed. Whatever you type in the details section is what I take with me when designing your order! I have so many orders per week so printing out your invoice and looking at your order is the most efficient way for me to work.

 

  • I love when customers give me creative freedom but a color scheme and telling me the occasion really helps! Ex: “25th birthday, birthday girl’s name is Ashlee. Loves bees, Shades of pink.” Thank you so much, I can’t wait to Bake Your Day Better!

Regarding shipping: all late, lost or damaged packages will not be refunded by Sweet Dough Cookie Co. For cancelations, you have up until 30 days before your event to receive half of the total amount of your payment.
